Re-molded (mold-custom) orders — meaning dolls that are re-molded/re-modeled to your specific requirements (custom mold work) — are non-cancellable.
Returns Policy
On the premise that there is no problem with the goods and the package has not been opened, the goods can be returned within 3 days of receipt. (Shipping costs are borne by the customer) If you want return the package, please email us to negotiate.
Arrival issues & reporting window
Each doll is thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you find any problems when the doll arrives, please contact us within 24 hours after signing for it with relevant pictures and videos, we will help you to solve the problem.
Damaged packages
If the package is severely damaged, you should file a claim with the carrier after receiving the package. We will arrange a refund or replacement depending on the severity of the damage to the doll. For minor damage, a repair kit will be provided.
Re-molded (mold-custom) orders
No return or exchange for re-molded (mold-custom) orders (orders involving re-mold/re-model work made to customer-specific requirements).
