As sales continue to grow, we’re inviting factories and doll brands to onboard and collaborate with the UnitedDolls platform.
Onboarding process
A simple, documented path from submission to official onboarding.
1. Provide materials
Brand introduction; factory production environment photos & videos; detailed product info (catalog/images/videos/specs); third-party test reports; government-issued production qualifications and business license, etc.
2. Review
We first review the submitted factory/brand materials. After approval, we schedule an on-site factory visit.
3. Confirm details

4. Sign & onboard
Sign the agreement and officially onboard.
Requirements
We only work with factories and brands that meet UnitedDolls standards.We only work with factories and brands that meet UnitedDolls standards.
1) No childlike products
We do not allow dolls with childlike bodies or childlike faces.
2) No IP infringement
No dolls that infringe on other brands’ intellectual property—for example, unlicensed anime/IP dolls, or photos that copy other brands’ images “exactly the same.”
3) Tested materials
All production materials must be tested by an authorized third-party organization, with a formal report that can be verified.
4) Clean & transparent production
The factory environment must be clean and organized, with fully transparent production. Visits can be arranged at any time.

After the documentation review is approved, we will schedule an on-site factory visit.
